Advanced Points Manager (Demo) allows you to connect to any OLEDB/ODBC database, TXT/CSV (comma/tab separated file), ESRI SHP file, Geography Markup GML file, Keyhole Markup KML file or GPS Exchange Format file (GPX).
Advanced Points Manager (Demo) also let's you draw points/blocks from any of those data sources.
